About Us
We shoot to have fun.
We are a family friendly archery club, based in the Whittlesey area.
We actively encourage all classes of archery within the club and you will encounter traditional English Longbows, Horse bows, Flat bows, Recurve bows, Compound bows and Crossbows.
Our outdoor range is over 200 yards long and is available to members 24/7. This enables members to shoot all distances up to the maximum distance of 100 yards (or 90 metres).
Our members have a variety of experience ranging from those new to the sport, to very experienced. We have Archery GB licensed coaches who are happy to assist new members by passing on their knowledge. We are always looking to welcome new members, whether an established archer or total beginner, and hold regular beginner courses run by our own Archery GB qualified coaches.
Outdoor Shooting Range
The outdoor shooting range is open 24/7 365 days a year to members.
Indoor Shooting Range
During winter time we shoot indoors at Whittlesey Bowls Club. You will be advised when this starts & ends. Usually October - March. During this time the outdoor range is still open to all members.
